My happy Talia Ann!

I know some of you asked for photos updates. I took many shots, but it’s really tough to get photos of Talia with both eyes wide open. The moment she wake up, she cry for feeding, immediately after feeding, she is soundly asleep.

There were some precious moments that I spent with her yacking Daddy Baby talk and I won’t want to miss those moments hiding behind the digicam.

She is growing and responding well. A few days ago, her eyes started following moving objects in front of her. She responds to left & right sound simulation very well. She is now moving her head slightly left and right when she hear interesting sound.

She loves to stare intently at me when I sing her favourite “Twinkle twinkle little stars”.
She is also able to move her body 45 degree and kick off the blanket covering her lower body. As usual, we will find her in the ’superman’ (one hand up) or ‘Handphone‘ (both hands to the ear) pose each time we check on her.

Infant Car Seat

I just went shopping for an infant car seat this afternoon. Wanted to buy the Cabrio model by Maxi-Cosi due to the design; easy to install with a shoulderbelt and small footprint. Most of the colours I wanted were out of stock as the shop is waiting for the Year 2007 shipment that will only arrive in Feb. That will be too late as we can’t wait that long.

In the end, I managed to get a Maxi-Cosi Cabrio Topline model at a rather attractive price.

The Cabrio had two unexpected surprises: a secret compartment in the bottom and a tent-like nylon sunshade which pulls out of the outer rim of the seat and loops onto the handle. It’s like a convertible.
